General
Harvested with 6 interventions in the field, as the grapes ripened due to the action of botrytis cinerea, they are vinified with short maceration, refrigerated and cleaned must by static decantation. Fermentation at controlled temperature and with selected yeasts.

Color
intense golden yellow colour with a light amber tone

Aroma
It has a long bouquet reminiscent of dried apricots, jam, dates and figs.


Taste
Very intense, on the palate it is sweet, ample, soft but with an acidic vein that imparts freshness, with an aftertaste characteristic of mouldy wines.

Food pairing
Excellent with blue cheeses or fois gras, ideal as an end-of-meal accompaniment to desserts.
